Trigger Housing
The Trigger Housing is heavy duty and made of 2024 or 7075 Heat treated aluminum and the main shaft is made of 4130 normalized steel. Both the Housing and the Main Shaft are CNC machined to a close tolerance of less then 2 ten thousands of an inch. Two oversized sealed Ball bearings maintain the stability of the main shaft. A double- lip oil seal keeps the Trigger Housing free of engine contamination. The Hall Effect Triggers are molded out of two part epoxy to resist high temperatures and vibration. These Trigger pick-ups utilize electronic circuitry to eliminate excessive retard that is common in most other units. The Rotor has a Rare Earth Magnet installed and has been tested at over 10,000 RPM's with no evidence of miss fire or timing error. The triggers are independently mounted on a trigger plate for an accurate 180 degree timing phase angle (4 Cylinder). Adjustable +/- 5 degrees. Amplifier Module
The Aerosparks Ignition System is the ultimate in Racing Ignition systems. With state of the art digital technology and a Dual Channel Capacitive Discharge Amplifier, a series of hot multiple sparks will fire your High Compression /High Performance Engine with ease. Rich of Peak for maximum power, Stoichiometric Combustion, or Lean of Peak for maximum economy, the Aerosparks Ignition System will deliver the most powerful multiple sparks available for your engine. Up to 10 sparks (per firing event) can fire a rich mixture at idle to higher then your maximum engine rpm range. The Aerosparks Ignition Amplifier is a very small and light weight unit.

Maximum combustion of the air/fuel ratio is assured by the multi-spark events at all RPM's. Fouled plugs are almost a thing of the past with the Aerosparks Ignition System. A high speed, Reduced Instruction Set Computers (RISC), micro-processor accurately keeps tabs on every firing event and keeps the timing accurate within 1/6 of one degree at all RPM's.

High Output Coils
The large Racing Coils are specifically engineered for High output and durability. They produce the highest voltage and spark energy available. Molded socket towers are spaced especially far apart to prevent any chance of arc-over. The use of 8.5 MM wire is recommended to send all the spark energy to the spark plug. A high turns ratio (100 to 1, Secondary to Primary) in combination with low primary resistance will produce upwards to 45,000 volts of Secondary Voltage and over 1500 millijoules of spark energy per spark event.
